Oak is formerly known as Alabama Charm.

Ask about the event space, The Chestnut Event Space, in the backyard if you need a place with plenty of seating for your guests to gather! You can have meals catered there and have a relaxing space where your large group can sit down in one area. You may add The Chestnut Event Space for an additional fee.

This beautiful 6 bedroom home is only located 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to downtown! Oak has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with the ability to hold up to 15 people (including children). Only 10 adults are allowed. The porch is filled with outdoor furniture, including a porch swing, perfect for relaxing and hanging out with the family on a beautiful Alabama evening. The living room has games, a tv, and plenty of comfortable seating. Whether you want to host friends or stay in for a cozy night, Oak is the perfect place! Out back there are grills, grilling utensils, and plenty of space - perfect for an outdoor bbq before a game!

Downstairs:
The downstairs floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and accessories, including a 12 cup drip coffee maker and single serve Keurig. After preparing your perfect home-cooked meal in the kitchen you can sit down and enjoy in the dining room or adorable breakfast nook! You even will receive a starter set of coffee supplies as well as a welcome basket of treats! The first bedroom is right off of the living room and has three single beds for the kids to sleep in! The other two bedrooms are down the hall. Both rooms have a king bed and tv, one has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is down the hall and also has a walk-in bathroom.

Upstairs:
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and bathrooms. The floor is separated into three different apartments. Each apartment has their own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living space. Each apartment is equipped with kitchen and coffee supplies, so all guests can stay caffeinated during your stay! With three couches on the upstairs floor, there will always be a spot to relax and watch tv, play games with family and friends, or chill before going into Downtown Tuscaloosa for a night out!

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people, and base pricing is set for up to 12 guests.

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

  Our group rented this entire home and it was perfect for our gathering of friends of 40 plus years! Each suite in this home is beautifully designed and the bedding and linens are exceptional! The common living room downstairs and dining room are great spaces to entertain. The front porch is a great spot to watch the sunset in the evening or have coffee in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked along with a great coffee bar! Our group was so impressed with this rental house and we will definitely book again.

  This was an amazing property. It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Just what we needed for our brothers and sisters reunion. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. They have everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. If you plan a trip to Tuscaloosa, I would highly recommend this property.

We rented both upstairs and downstairs, with plenty of together and separate spaces for our whole party. The house is convenient to everything, decorated perfectly, and their customer service and communication is unbeatable.   I had a large group of friends and family stay at the Alabama Charm. It was the perfect place!! The downstairs portion of the property is perfect for a family with the 3 apartments upstairs easy to access. The property is absolutely lovely!! Interior decor is updated and the backyard has a wonderful BBQ/TV/Dining area. Can't say enough about this great place. I hope to stay again in the future.
