Welcome to Oak - Apartment 1!

This adorable apartment is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to Downtown Tuscaloosa! The apartment has 1 bedroom, a pull out sofa bed (queen size), 1 full bath with a tub shower and can accommodate up to 3 guests. When walking into the apartment you are greeted with a snacks, a comfy couch, and a tv. Whether you want to play board games with friends, relax and watch tv, or hang out on the couch, there's plenty to do at Oak. The kitchen is fully stocked with all electric appliances and every kitchen supply you'll need to create the perfect meal! (There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer is included in this unit.) Out back there is a shared fire pit, seating, and patio area for guests.

* Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Pecan and Magnolia houses.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

    We stayed in this apartment while looking for a new home in the area and during escrow. We love the area, and the apartment was perfect for us and for our small dog. This was a great experience, and we would stay in a Bama BNB again.
