Welcome to Oak - Apartment 2!

This adorable apartment is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to Downtown Tuscaloosa! The apartment has 1 king bed, a pull out sofa bed (queen size), 1 full bath with a tub shower, and holds up to 3 guests. In the living room you can relax and watch tv or play board games with friends! The kitchen has all electric appliances and plenty of kitchen supplies, including a Keurig single cup coffee maker with starter supplies! There is also a nice private balcony you can relax on while enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning. The private bedroom comes equipped with a tv and sound machine. There is also a shared fire pit area, seating, and patio area for guests.

- There is NO washer/dryer in the unit.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

* Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Oak (formerly Alabama Hideaway) property. *

* Please Read Prior to Booking: Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. *

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

    I didn't stay here but my husband did while he was in town on business. He said the place was clean and comfortable. He said it was WAY nicer than staying in a hotel. Unfortunately he didn't have a lot of time to relax and enjoy the place but it served its purpose and he said he slept well and was happy woth the arrangements.
