This adorable apartment is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to Downtown Tuscaloosa! The apartment has 1 king bed, a fold out futon (twin size), 1 full bath with a walk-in shower, and holds up to 3 guests. In the living room you can relax and watch tv or play board games with friends! The kitchen has all electric appliances and plenty of kitchen supplies, including a Keurig single cup coffee maker with starter supplies! The private bedroom comes equipped with a tv and sound machine. There is also a shared fire pit area, seating, and patio area for guests.

- No dishwasher in this unit.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

    This unit is fully updated with a stocked kitchen - has everything you need. It is small, which was perfect for my stay, but a larger group could easily be accommodated in either the downstairs (house) or one of the other apartments upstairs. There is offstreet parking but a car really isn't needed - everything is within walking distance. The only issue I had was when the internet went down - and with a quick text, it was resolved within minutes! I would absolutely stay again!
