Welcome to the Houndstooth Cottage!

This home is located 3 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests. This property is located next to shopping malls and restaurants on McFarland Blvd. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal and then you can sit around the dining room table and enjoy! The first bedroom has a King bed. The other 2 have a Queen bed in each. Outside there is a lovely deck with comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the sounds of nature during your vacation! You can also hang out around the fireplace during the colder months!

This is NOT a pet friendly property.

This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
