Southern Charmer Cottage – Cozy Pet-Friendly Stay Near Bryant-Denny Stadium

Welcome to Southern Charmer Cottage, a warm and inviting abode just 6.4 miles south of Bryant-Denny Stadium. This cozy, open-concept studio features a twin daybed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and full bathroom—ideal for up to three guests.

The kitchenette includes a hot plate, griddle, air fryer, and countertop convection oven, offering all the essentials for light cooking. (Please note: there’s no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the cottage.)

Step outside to enjoy a spacious backyard, outdoor bench, fenced in pet area and access to the neighborhood pool and playground. Pets are welcome, too!

Southern Charmer is an owner-occupied property—the homeowner lives next door and vacates the cottage during guest stays. The main house deck is private and not available for guest use.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please be aware that when you book the cottage, the owner will occupy the main house.*

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

  The Southern Charmer Cottage was perfect for my visit for the BAMA/LSU game weekend. The manager was very quick to respond when I had questions. It was clean, comfortable, and safe! The only downside was it was a bit further from campus than I am used to staying, but I was able to UBER with no issues.

  The cottage was exactly as advertised and located in a nice,quiet neighborhood. It was quite comfortable with a well stocked kithcenette. The goodie basket, waters, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.
  made the stay extra special. All necessary information was easily available. The mattresses on the daybed and pull-out couch were not comfortable, but we were able to manage okay. Overall, Bama B & B was very helpful, easy to contact, accessible, personable and professional every time I had contact with them. We will definitely use their services in the future.

  The staff was super helpful and attentive over the almost 12 months in advance I began looking for a place to stay for graduation weekend. I was placed near the top of the waiting list and was assured along the way that there would be a property available for us. The cottage was delightful and charming, clean and comfortable. The surrounding residential neighborhood was upscale and very quiet.
