Welcome to Bama Hideout – your perfect Tuscaloosa getaway just steps from Bryant-Denny Stadium! This charming home is ideally located only half a mile from the stadium and within easy walking distance of Downtown Tuscaloosa’s restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Nestled in the heart of the Historic District, guests will enjoy both the convenience of being close to the University of Alabama campus and the charm of a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood.

Bama Hideout offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 adults and 4 children, making it an excellent choice for families, friend groups, or game day stays. The first level features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, as well as two cozy full beds tucked into the common space—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to the private patio where you can gather around the wood-burning fire pit or catch the big game on the outdoor TV. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows with family or cheering on the Crimson Tide, the backyard is designed for relaxation and entertainment.

As part of Tuscaloosa’s historic district, this home combines modern comfort with timeless character. Guests can stroll to the University of Alabama, Bryant-Denny Stadium, scenic walking trails, and downtown attractions. Please note that the neighborhood observes strict noise and parking ordinances, with quiet hours beginning at 10:30 PM, ensuring a peaceful environment for both visitors and residents.

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
