Buzzard Roost on the Lake

Looking to unplug but still want modern amenities? Historic Buzzard Roost is your place, enjoy this historic 1830’s cabin built of virgin timber. Relax on the porch of this farmstead where generations of “old buzzards” have rested after long days of working the farm. Secluded in a wildlife refuge, it’s only minutes from modern stores and restaurants. Inside you will find new kitchen appliances; new mattresses, bedding and linens; smart TVs; and updated bathrooms or get back to nature in the new outdoor shower. This property is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath house that can sleep up to 6 people. Pricing is set for 4 people! Outside there is a wood-burning fire pit where the whole family can unwind and roast s'mores, along with a propane grill. There is a dock down by the lake with a kayak too! The house is also stocked with board games for everyone's entertainment!

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
