Located just 14 miles north of Bryant-Denny Stadium, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests—perfect for family gatherings, group getaways, or relaxing escapes.

The Space
Blue Haven Lake House features multiple indoor and outdoor common areas, including cozy seating around both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a wood-burning fire pit. The newly renovated outdoor deck offers covered seating, a standing patio heater for cooler evenings, and a 6-person hot tub with stunning lake views. A long staircase leads down to a private pier, where you can launch one of the two provided kayaks or rent a boat from a local company for a day on the water.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of entertainment options with multiple TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a collection of board games to keep everyone entertained.

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

Much better than a hotel because we had the space to just enjoy each other’s company and relax. Immaculately clean and updated. Beautiful views. Management company very responsive.   We had a fantastic stay at Blue Haven Lake House! This is one of the rare properties that looks better in real life than on the pictures. The home is recently remodeled and decorated with an updated taste - we fell in love with it as soon as we stepped through the front door. The kitchen has all utensils you’d need, beds are very comfortable, the master bathroom is stunning. Early October was still warm enough to take out the kayaks and go for a long swim. The outdoor terrace is a great spot to watch the games, or if non is on, the wild live. We made friends with Charlotte the spider...if she’s still there when you visit please don’t smash her dead, but admire the beautiful webs that take her 2-3 hours to spin, and appreciate the free bug control ;). We absolutely loved the weekend we stayed at Blue Haven, and certainly will be back soon!
