Welcome to Championship Hangout!

Conveniently located at The Houndstooth Condominiums, and UNDER a mile from the stadium! This gorgeous and newly decorated/furnished unit is within walking distance of everything you may need! This is not a pet friendly property. When you walk into the condo the living room is perfectly decorated and will make you feel right at home with plenty of comfy seating for everyone in your party. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need to create a delicious home-cooked meal or just a cup of coffee.

Please be aware that pricing is set for 6 guests. The pricing will change if you exceed this number, and the system will not automatically calculate this for you. Reach out to management for an accurate quote if your guest count will exceed 6 guests. If you exceed this number, there will be an extra charge of $50 per person per night for each additional person.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and a bunk bed with a twin trundle as well as an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The final bedroom is a bunk room with a twin xl over a queen bed.

You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, and 24 hr. business center with free printing!

- This complex is next to the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

* Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people, and base pricing is set for up to 6 guests.

* Please Read Prior to Booking - Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. *

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
