*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

  We had a wonderful time and the location was great as we were just minutes from UA and my granddaughter who is a freshman this year. The bungalow was very clean and roomy and they had everything there that you would need. Very pleased with our stay. Great restaurants- Buffalo Phil, Billies, Taco Mamas, Brick and Spoon and many more. We had a great time and enjoyed watching my granddaughter on the Bama dance team at the football game. Enjoyable outdoor space, adorable yet comfortable decoration and all the kitchen amenities we needed to cook for 6 people.   We rented the Bungalow on Main for graduation and could not have been happier. The house was perfect! It’s was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The owners truly took time to carefully consider what guest would/might need while visiting. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pit as much as we enjoyed the spacious interior. I highly recommend the rental as well as the staff at Bama B&B rentals.

  The accommodations were wonderful and so thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. This was our son's last semester at Alabama and we visited for our last football game. Location is perfect and easy access to campus. The Halloween decor was beautiful and such a nice surprise upon arrival. Thank you for your attention to detail and care about your guest's stay.
