This adorable bungalow is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that can sleep up to 8 people. The base pricing is set for 6 people. The backyard is an oasis and tailgate ready! There is plenty of seating, a wood burning fire pit and grill! Located just 2.6 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium, and just 0.4 miles north of Billy's Sports Grill. If you order a drink or food from Billy's you can have access to their FREE stadium shuttle on game day! You are also 0.4 miles from Historic Downtown Northport which has restaurants, shopping, and more!

Please be aware that pricing is set for 6 guests. The pricing will change if you exceed this number, and the system will not automatically calculate this for you. Reach out to management for an accurate quote if your guest count will exceed 6 guests.

The kitchen is stocked with all the supplies to cook a meal or make tailgate snacks, along with a starter coffee pack for the traditional drip coffee machine or the Keurig.

The first bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the final bedroom has a queen. There is a bathroom down the hall for these two bedrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This is NOT a pet friendly property.

This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

  We had a wonderful time and the location was great as we were just minutes from UA and my granddaughter who is a freshman this year. The bungalow was very clean and roomy and they had everything there that you would need. Very pleased with our stay. Great restaurants- Buffalo Phil, Billies, Taco Mamas, Brick and Spoon and many more. We had a great time and enjoyed watching my granddaughter on the Bama dance team at the football game.   We had grandparents with us for UA graduation and it was a perfect arrangement. Enjoyable outdoor space, adorable yet comfortable decoration and all the kitchen amenities we needed to cook for 6 people.   We rented the Bungalow on Main for graduation and could not have been happier. The house was perfect! It’s was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The owners truly took time to carefully consider what guest would/might need while visiting. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pit as much as we enjoyed the spacious interior.   The accommodations were wonderful and so thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. This was our son's last semester at Alabama and we visited for our last football game. Location is perfect and easy access to campus. The Halloween decor was beautiful and such a nice surprise upon arrival. Thank you for your attention to detail and care about your guest's stay.
