Pecan is formerly known as Alabama Hideaway - Upstairs!

This gorgeously renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can hold up to 8 guests. The home is beautifully decorated with bold trimming that compliments the original charm of the home. There is plenty of space and seating throughout the house, so whether you want to hang out with family and play games or have a home-cooked meal, there is plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies you'll need to make a delicious home-cooked meal! There is also a 12 cup drip coffee pot and single cup Keurig machine with a starter set of coffee, so the whole group can stay caffeinated! The unit also has a classy living room and tv and bar tables and chairs. The house is also within walking distance to "The Strip" and Downtown Tuscaloosa, where you can find plenty of restaurants to eat, if you don't feel like using the beautiful kitchen! You are able to access the upstairs floor through an interior and exterior entrance.

Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms have king beds and matching custom-made headboards. Two of the bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has its own attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of the bedrooms have desks as well.

Outdoor Escape:
Outside there are many fabulous amenities, including: Fire Pits, covered outdoor gathering areas, a picnic table, as well as just being a lovely outdoor space to spend time in. After grilling out in the back you can enjoy your bbq on the picnic table, surrounded by family and friends. Afterwards you can make s'mores over the fire pit and spend time on the outdoor furniture enjoying the beautiful Alabama sunsets
- There are desks in front upstairs bedroom, and very back bedroom, but not the middle bedroom. There is a desk in the living room

*Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Oak (formerly known as Alabama Charm) property.

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
