Welcome to Rising Tide!

This condo is conveniently located at The Houndstooth Condominiums and under a mile from the stadium! This gorgeous and newly decorated unit is within walking distance of the Strip and Campus! The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, and 24-hour business center with free printing! The rooms are perfectly decorated with Alabama colors and pride! The living room has plenty of space for everyone to gather around and play games or watch the Alabama game! The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to create a delicious meal or tailgating snacks along with a coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated!

The first bedroom has a king bed and a twin flip sofa chair and has an attached bathroom with a walk in shower and tub. The second bedroom has a bunkbed that has a twin xl over a queen and an attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The final bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub shower.

There is also a lovely balcony that has seating, a tv and a grill!

- This complex is next to a railroad, but we have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

* Please Read Prior to Booking: Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. **

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

  Exactly as advertised, very nice and accommodating. the lay out of the property is nice and well appointed. Price for football weekends is high, even though it is in range with other comparable properties.

  I loved the design of the condo. Everything was thoughtfully laid was clean. The only issue we had was one otoilet would run for 30 minutes or better after each flush. We called maintenance but it never really got fixed. Thankfully we had other bathrooms. Location is great except for the train that runs and shakes the condo every other hour.
