Welcome to Elephant Stomp!

This condo is located in the heart of the Strip, just half a mile from Bryant-Denny Stadium, and walking distance from any bar or restaurant! The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The condo is decked out in Alabama decor and is the couch is the perfect place to watch the game! The kitchen has all the materials to make delicious game day snacks and there is a coffee starter set to keep everyone caffeinated!

The first bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin xl over a queen as well as a futon. The second bathroom has a tub shower.

Please be aware that pricing is set for 4 guests. The pricing will change if you exceed this number, and the system will not automatically calculate this for you. Reach out to management for an accurate quote if your guest count will exceed 4 guests. If you exceed this number, there will be an extra charge of $50 per person per night for each additional person.

There is gated community parking and with your reservation you will have 2 reserved parking spots. There is a grill outside the condo for your convenience! This property is pet friendly! The courtyard is shared by several units and is open for you to use.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

**There is no elevator.**

* Please be aware that parking is very compact. If you have an oversized vehicle, you will more than likely not fit and need to find alternative parking.*

* Please Read Prior to Booking: Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. *

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

    We had a perfect stay at Elephant Stomp. So convenient and steps from The Strip yet quiet and the noise machines in each room were great. We used the ocean waves sound every night. :) Beds were high-end and comfortable. I have high standards for beds and both beds were perfect. Great blankets and sheets. Soft towels and clean bathrooms. Condo has everything you can think of to make for a convenient getaway for Bama parents. I appreciated all the included items like tiolet paper, shampoo, soap, some cleaning supplies, paper towels, spices etc. The couch was SO comfortable and the blankets perfect for snuggling with coffee in the morning. Its a very secure and safe place to stay. Convenient parking right underneath condo. I am a frequent VRBO vacationer and this condo met all my high standards. I would absolutely stay here again. Communication was easy with rental company and seamless to access the condo. Decorations were charming and appliances all high-end. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and entertain a small group of people for dinner or a cookout. Thank you. Hope to return soon.

    Unit was clean and had everything you need, plus little extras like a welcome basket with a few snacks upon arrival. Great communication from management company - they even checked in after a thunderstorm to make sure we had power. Location is right on the strip which made touring the campus a breeze and downtown is only a mile away too.
