Welcome to Copper Cottage!

This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home that can sleep up to 6 people and absolutely adorable! The house is located 4.8 miles south east of Bryant Denny Stadium and right off of the interstate. The home comes complete with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen! You will have both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot to choose from in the morning as well as all the pots, pans and accessories needed to cook meals or make tailgate snacks.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a king bed and both are attached with a bathroom with a tub shower. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two Twin XL mattresses. There is an optional choice of a Full sized sleeper sofa. The house has plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained such as a small pool table and TVs in every room! The backyard is fully fenced in and there is a gas grill on the back porch.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

* There will be some interstate noise, as the interstate runs directly behind the house. Sound machines are in each room for night time. The interior is well insulated against noise, but you will definitely hear it on the back porch.

* Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.

* Please Read Prior to Booking: Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. **

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
