Welcome to Madison Place 3!

Madison Place is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with beautiful furnishings and a high-end, fully equipped kitchen. Madison Place is located just 0.8 mile from Bryant Denny stadium, and is within walking distance to several downtown attractions, including restaurants and Government Plaza. The unit can host up to 9 guests, but base pricing is set for 6.

The first bedroom has a bunk with a twin xl over a queen bed and an attached bathroom. Both the second and third bedrooms have king beds and optional twin rollaways in the closet stored with the linens and each room has an attached bathroom.

The Outdoors:
There is a wrap around porch in the front that is shared with the other townhomes which you're allowed to get a chair and sit outside. In the back there is another shared wrap around balcony. On the first level, there is a Shared Outdoor courtyard with an outdoor fireplace, grill, and seating.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
