Welcome to Crimson Court!

Crimson Court is located in the heart of Tuscaloosa, Crimson Court is in the ideal location for football, UofA campus, and downtown fun! The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and the second has a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed. This bunk bed is an extremely sturdy, wooden, comfortable and geared to accommodate adults comfortably.

There is a full kitchen with both a Keurig and 12 cup drip coffee maker. You will have everything you need to make a meal or whip up some tailgate snacks! There is an electric fireplace in the living room and plenty of board games. Grab the corn hole game in the condo and have some game day fun!

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

    We stayed at Crimson Court for sorority work week. The location was so convenient and the unit itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated and finished. The building had a few issues (elevator needed repair, etc) but the management company and maintenance was super responsive. It was a great rental experience.
