This beautiful townhouse is located just 1.1 miles away from Bryant-Denny Stadium and is close to many restaurants and stores in nearby Historic Downtown Tuscaloosa. This home can accommodate up to 6 guests and is a pet friendly property with a fenced-in backyard.

The Living Space:
Tide on 12th exudes style, as displayed in its open-concept kitchen and living room, allowing for the seamless transition to tailgating on game days and watching the game in comfort.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
This home features three bedrooms (King, King, Queen) and three-and-a-half bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, and the other two are on the second floor.

The Outdoors:
Tide on 12th has a fenced-in backyard that can be accessed by the double doors located in the kitchen/living area.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

    We stayed in this beautiful and well-maintained 3-bedroom home while moving our daughter back to college at the University of Alabama. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The side yard was a great bonus—perfect for our dog to stretch out and play. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful and convenient place to stay in the area! I’ve been renting from Bama Bed and Breakfast for the last 5 years and they haven’t failed me yet. Love working with their friendly, knowledgeable and professional team!

    We had a great experience with Bama B&B Rentals and the property Tide on 12th. The staff were always friendly and responsive to all questions. They were able to offer us early check in which was great for graduation weekend events. The house itself was so well appointed and comfortable. The spaces were large enough so everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen had more supplies than we had hoped and the treat bin was a nice surprise. The location was great for us and parking was never an issue. It was a great stay and we would all highly recommend the property!

    This property was perfect for two families visiting our daughters at Bama. The property was set up perfectly. We loved the outdoor space and patio, as well as the location! We were able to walk from our property to the downtown dining and shopping area, as well as to the campus multiple times during our stay. Comfortable beds! Huge kitchen with everything we needed!

    Very cute place. Had a beautiful remodel and is at a perfect location close to the U of Alabama. I would stay here again. I think the experience would be enhanced if there would be adequate supply of household disposables.
