Bear's Den

Welcome to Bear's Den!

Located just under a mile from the stadium and walking distance to everything you may need! The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a lovely balcony with seating! This recently renovated/decorated unit has everything you need to enjoy the perfect game day including a comfortable couch and a large TV for watching football! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to create a delicious meal or some game day treats!

The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms also have a TV.

You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds and 24 hr. business center with free printing! The complex pool area is open 24/7. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area though.

If you have a larger group, consider also booking Bama Bliss located across the hall!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

  Great place to stay! We had a fabulous time staying at Bear's Den, this was our second stay and we look forward to future visits. The condo is well appointed with everything you need and within close proximity to campus. Bear's Den is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed walking to campus, just a couple of turns out the door and you are there. I really appreciated the sound machines in both bedrooms too, we have learned the train runs through Tuscaloosa, every rental we have stayed at has had train sounds, there is no escaping. The sound machines at Bear's Den were a very thoughtful gesture and really helped minimize external sounds.

  We stayed at this property for 12 days as we moved our child into school and stayed during the sorority process. It was great . Clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. The pool and gym were amenities we used a lot. And it’s close to campus and to town for shopping purposes. Would definitely stay again.
