This brand new Game Day listing is perfectly located 0.9 mi to Bryant Denny Stadium, a few blocks walk to all the downtown restaurants and bars. Totally gutted and renovated with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 living areas with large screen smart TV’s, 2 fully equipped kitchens and more! Enjoy the front porch facing Bryant Drive with outdoor table for 6, outdoor sofas and chairs and a large tv or the outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs, fire pit and outdoor table. Gas grills for the porch area and the fire pit area. Owners have thought of everything to ensure you come back year after year!

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This home can sleep up to 10 adults - plus children for up to 12 people!
The bedrooms have plenty of space to charge your devices, and all have smart TVs.

Bedroom 3: King with en-suite private bath.

The Living Space:
There is a fully equipped kitchen on each side of the home, seating for 12, and comfortable furnishings. There is a Smart TV in the living room.

The Kitchens:
There is a Kitchen on each side of the house!

Outdoor Space:
The front porch is where you want to be! There is an outdoor table with a ceiling fan, comfy seating, tv, and grill access! The front porch faces Bryant Drive, so you will be in the middle of all the Bama game day action! Roll Tide!

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

  I can't recommend The Tusk enough. Plenty of space (we had 10 guests), CLEAN and tons of amenities. It's a mile down the street from Bryant-Denny, so it made for a very easy gameday as well. Everything was exactly as expected and described and, to top it off, hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful before, during and after the stay.

  This house was perfect for our group of 6. Two on suite bedrooms and two other additional bedrooms with separate bathrooms. We really enjoyed having the extra living area and the front porch with TV. It was a perfect game day rental being a mile to the stadium and also walkable to downtown.
