Welcome to Crimson Central!

This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo is conveniently located at The Houndstooth Condominiums and under a mile from the stadium! The condo can sleep up to 9 people, but the base pricing is set for 6. Be sure to include the correct number of guests on your reservation. This gorgeous and newly decorated/furnished unit is within walking distance of everything you may need, including plenty of restaurant and bar options! There is a wonderful balcony with an electric grill, perfect for game day festivities!

Please be aware that pricing is set for 6 guests. The pricing will change if you exceed this number, and the system will not automatically calculate this for you. Reach out to management for an accurate quote if your guest count will exceed 6 guests. If you exceed this number, there will be an extra charge of $50 per person per night for each additional person.

The first bedroom has a King bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed with a Twin over Twin Bunkbed and bathroom with a tub shower outside of the bedroom. The final bedroom has a Twin XL over Queen bunkbed. There is also a half bath just off the dining room. This complex is next to the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it.

You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, and 24 hr. business center with free printing!

- This complex is next to the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
