Welcome to Bama Farmhouse!

Bama Farmhouse is a gorgeously renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home that is located just 6.5 miles South of Bryant Denny stadium.

The Space:
Bama Farmhouse has a spacious living area with a large TV - perfect for watching Alabama Football and more! There are also board games to keep friends and family occupied. For cooler months, enjoy sitting around the gas fireplace in the living room!

Kitchen & Dining Area:
Bama Farmhouse can seat up to 16 people for dining. The dining room can seat up to 6 people. There is bar seating off the kitchen for 3 people, and more bar seating off the living room for 3 more people. There is also a kitchen table that seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep a meal or tailgate snacks! You will also have both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and a single serve Keurig, so that everyone can stay fully caffeinated during your stay. You even will receive a starter set of coffee supplies as well as a welcome basket of treats! The open floor plan allows you to cook in the kitchen and see everything going on in the living room, as well as a window looking out at the pool area.

The Outdoor Fenced in Pool Area:
Bama Farmhouse has a fully fenced in yard which is perfect for your pets! There is even a pet door off the kitchen for easy access. The backyard has a gorgeous pool with a diving board. There is plenty of seating, loungers, propane grill and large meat smoker on the back deck. Enjoy the native indigenous trees, plants, and fauna that surround the entire property. The yard is large enough to throw a football around and play a game of corn hole with friends!

Parking: You can have up to 5 cars at Bama Farmhouse with written permission from Bama Vacation Rentals.

Bedrooms:
This is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the Laurel Wood Subdivision that can sleep up to 12 people. Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price.

Downstairs Bedroom: King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bath has a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. There is a TV in the master bedroom.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom with access to hallway bathroom. Optional Twin Rollaway in the closet
Upstairs Bedroom 3: Twin XL over Queen Bunkbed and Twin Flip Sofa with access to hallway bathroom. Optional Twin Rollaway in the closet
Upstairs Bonus Room 4: Queen Sleeper Sofa with access to downstairs half bath. There is a TV in this space.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

* Please Read Prior to Booking - Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama B&B Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
