Welcome to Coastal Tide!

Coastal Tide is an upscale two-story condominium located at Ivory on 23rd only 1.3 miles from Bryant-Denny Stadium! Catch a JoyRide downtown through their local golf cart shuttle! You can easily access The University Box District with their services!

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Coastal Tide is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit (K, Q with F futon, Q with F futon) that can sleep up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has it's own full ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and smart-tv. One bedroom with a King bed is located downstairs and can be easily accessed with minimal steps. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with a Queen and Futon in each room. The upstairs front bedroom has private access to a balcony with a bistro table and two chairs.

The Indoor Space:
Step inside a beautiful open floor plan! With all stainless steel appliances, this open concept kitchen flows right into the living room! The half bath is located downstairs right next to the kitchen. Study or work efficiently at the desk right as you walk upstairs in the main hallway. There is a full washer and dryer available for your use upstairs.

The Outdoor Space:
This condo has a gated complex for your security. Sit and sip on your favorite drink out on the small covered front porch. 3 parking spaces are included with the property.


Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST and Check-out time is 10:00am, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

    Property very clean and easy to use. One comment, for $2,000/night perhpas provide paper towels and bathroom tissue along with a few more dish rags to dry dishes etc. Not an issue but would be more accomodating to renters. Thanks
