Welcome to Uptown Charmer!

This is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the Forest Lake area, and conveniently located next door to another home in our program, Uptown Bama House. It features a full kitchen with an attached laundry room, a dining room, and a spacious living room with ample seating. On the main level, there are two bedrooms, both furnished with king-sized beds, and one bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. There is a single/twin sized flip sofa in an alcove next to the kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom with a full-sized bed, and optional twin roll away and another full bathroom that also has a walk-in shower.

Out back, there's a large parking area along with outdoor seating and a cornhole setup. The neighborhood offers a pleasant walking trail just down the road, as well as two churches, a church coffee shop, and more! The Community of Forest Lake is quaint and filled with geese and ducks, creating a lovely atmosphere.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
