Welcome to Prince of Tide!

Prince of Tide is a newly renovated and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property situated just 2 short miles south of Bryant Denny Stadium.

The Bedrooms/Bathroom:
The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Twin-XL over Queen bunk bed and twin over Twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has access to a hallway bathroom with a combo tub shower. This property can sleep up to 7 people (4 adults plus children).

The Outdoors:
There is a sweeping backyard with plenty of shade and is fully fenced-in with a privacy fence. There is a swing, porch, and a propane grill for your tailgating needs! On cooler nights, enjoy the wood burning fire pit and roast some marshmallows! Only 2 cars are allowed to park onsite.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

    This house is perfect for our family... very clean, close to restaurants and the University. We are so comfortable and appreciate all the extras owner provides. Bama Rentals does a great job communicating and processing our reservation. urban cookhouse has become one of our favorite places to eat along with another broken egg.

    This house is perfect! It is not only the cutest thing ever, EVERYTHING you could need or want is provided. Linens are fantastic, pillows and beds are so comfortable. Ample and comfortable seating in living and dining areas. We can’t wait to enjoy the porch and fire pit in the back yard.. our granddaughter is a student and athlete in Tuscaloosa and we definitely will be making many trips to t town and have found our “place to light”. Oh, forgot to mention how very clean the house is. Beautifully decorated!

    Perfect location for sporting events, restaurants and the university. This has to be the absolutely cutest house ever. Not only did the host have EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more... literally bring you clothes. Linens were excellent, ample and comfortable seating in living and dining rooms. Staff at bama rentals was available and helpful with booking and questions... we can’t wait to return and enjoy the porch and large fenced backyard!

    Our daughter was recently accepted to Bama. So our family of 4 (and our dog) drove down to tour campus and to stay for the Iron Bowl. We stayed 4 nights, and the house was great for all of our needs. It is super cute, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and convenient to everything. We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog! Would definitely stay again!
