Welcome to Big Al's Bungalow!

Big Al's Bungalow is a cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located just 2.9 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium and just minutes from amazing restaurants and shopping. Staying at Big Al's Bungalow puts you close to the city center, but away enough to have a barrier from the chaos of student housing.

The Space:
Big Al's Bungalow has plenty of comfortable living room seating, as well as a smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and prepared to make a meal of any kind. There is a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee pot - so no waiting for caffeine here! There is bar seating in the kitchen, and more seating in the hallway next to the kitchen.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Big Al's Bungalow can sleep 6 adults plus children for a total of up to 10 people. There are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms! The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with tub-shower. The second bedroom has a King bed. The third bedroom has a Twin over Queen bunk bed. The fourth bedroom also has a Twin over Queen bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub-shower.

The Outdoors:
The outdoors at Big Al's Bungalow is set up for fun! There is a covered patio with an outdoor table and chairs as well as patio seating with comfy chairs. Enjoy a long relaxing soak in the hot tub - a wonderful feature! Grab your tailgate food and grill on the stainless steel propane grill! You are allowed up to 3 cars to park on-site.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

    The house is in an older neighborhood. The house is on the smaller side for 8 to stay, but it worked very well! The interior finish is very well done and the useable space worked awesome. I have used VRBO for many rentals and this one was excellent. It was very clean and nicely done. The tv and other amenities were great. I would stay here again anytime.
