Welcome to Heisman House!

Heisman House is a unique 1930s historic home with original dark wood trim in the downstairs common areas. It's been completely renovated and updated with all new electrical, plumbing, fixtures and custom accents.

The Outdoors:
There is a beautiful lawn for tailgating which is conveniently located just a short half mile to stadium. Do not miss out on a fun photo opportunity with the Heisman House mascot - a 6 ft bronze Big Al the elephant!

The Space:
The living room features a large, 75 inch TV - perfect for Gameday! Take a walk down memory lane and enjoy the multitude of Alabama football and basketball signed memorabilia. Daniel Moore art is displayed throughout the home which captures the rich history of the University of Alabama football program. The refrigerator has a dual ice maker with large and small ice - perfect for when entertaining your group!

Game Room:
The game room downstairs features retro arcade games, including Pac-Man & Galaga on the wall and a connect four game on the wall and a full-size signed Amari Cooper framed jersey. The game room is stocked with board games and boasts another large screen tv so that you never miss a play!

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
All bedrooms have TVs the master bedroom has a 55 inch TV. Four of the Five bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has custom wooden bunk beds. The game room has a 55 inch TV the other bedroom to 42 inch TVs. There is plentiful seating between the game room combined with the adjoining living room. Pricing varies based on the number of people, and base pricing is set for up to 12 people (6 adults plus children). An additional charge of $50 per person per night will be charged after the booking comes through.

Bedroom 2 (Downstairs) - 1 King Bed and 1 Twin Rollaway Bed that has hallway access to a Tub/Shower combo bathroom
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) - 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Fold out Beds, 2 Twin XL Beds that has hallway access to a walk in shower
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs) - 1 King Bed, 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed that has hallway access to a walk in shower - This bedroom is the only access to bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5 (Upstairs) - 1 Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed, 1 Twin XL over Twin XL bunk bed. - This bedroom can only be accessed through bedroom 4.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Per city of Tuscaloosa Zoning Code, this house is advertised to sleep up to 6 adults plus children.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. Base price is set for 12 people.*

    This house was great for our party of 15! Plenty of room both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch and having the fold up chairs out there were a great idea. The only complaint was the kitchen supplies. I am a cook and we ate in all weekend. For being a house that accommodates lots of people, I feel they needed more kitchen utensils and cookware to accommodate many. I will definitely stay here again.

    The weekend rental was outstanding. However, the pots and pans selection were poor. WThey didn't have a decent pot to cook grits, boil vegetables,and cook breakfast sausage in. They need to invest in a reasonable inexpensive set of pots and pans.

    What an incredible stay. This house was fantastic! Plenty of room for our family and friends. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Kim was an amazing host, she answered any questions very quickly. The location was amazing! Our group could walk to everything! We look forward to coming back soon!
