*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

  This condo was perfect for us. This can easily sleep 6 adults as there are 3 large beds, an up top bunk, and 2 smaller roll aways. The larger beds could easily sleep 2 adults each. So with 4 of us we could easily spread out for our 2 nights. These folks are always so responsive & make the process easy. This condo is fitted up with everything you can imagine Roll Tide. Every nook and cranny is adorned with Bama ‘everything.’ One note to make, you’re close to railroad tracks. We would definitely stay at this property again.

  We stayed here for a quick 3-night visit while moving our daughter into college, and this place exceeded all our expectations! It’s hands down the most thoughtfully designed rental we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had gone above and beyond to create a welcoming, comfortable space. The house had everything we could possibly need—and then some! There’s tons of room, making it perfect for a large family or even multiple families. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the master suite was absolutely a DREAM!
  
  What really made this place stand out, though, was how much personality it had. The decor was not only stylish but also full of University of Alabama spirit, making it feel like you were immersed in the Crimson Tide pride without being over the top. Every room had thoughtful touches, from the university memorabilia to the little accents that made it feel homey and personal. It was the perfect blend of cozy and collegiate—ideal for a college move-in trip.
  
  On top of all that, the location was perfect—just a short drive from the university, which made getting to and from campus a breeze. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such an important time. We will definitely be back for future visits, and I can’t recommend this place enough!
