Welcome to QCA House — your game-day home away from home in Tuscaloosa! Located just 1 mile from Bryant-Denny Stadium, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental is the perfect place to stay for Alabama football weekends, family getaways, university visits, or a weekend exploring everything Tuscaloosa has to offer. With room for up to 8 guests, you'll be close enough to enjoy the excitement of game day while still having a comfortable place to relax and unwind.

The home features a screened-in front porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a busy day in Tuscaloosa. Out back, you'll find a fully fenced backyard, propane grill, wood-burning fire pit, and plenty of space to gather with family and friends. There's also a second refrigerator in the back near the washer and dryer, making it especially convenient if you're planning to cook or grill during your stay.

Inside, you'll find smart TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room, along with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room for everyone to gather. Whether you're watching the Crimson Tide, enjoying dinner together, or relaxing after a day around town, QCA House gives your group plenty of space to spread out.

The home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with convenient bathroom access designed to accommodate groups traveling together.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: King bed + 1 twin rollaway — sleeps up to 3
- Bedroom 2: King bed + 1 twin rollaway — sleeps up to 3
- Bedroom 3: King bed — sleeps up to 2

Bathrooms:
- Bathroom 1: En-suite to Bedroom 1, with additional access from Bedroom 2
- Bathroom 2: Double vanity and walk-in shower, with access from Bedroom 2 and the hallway
- Bathroom 3: En-suite to Bedroom 3 with walk-in shower; also accessible from the kitchen/dining area

Parking: The property can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. All vehicles must park in the designated parking area behind the house — vehicles are not permitted to park in the driveway. Once parked, a gate provides convenient access from the parking area into the backyard and home.

Whether you're coming to Tuscaloosa for Alabama football, a University of Alabama visit, a wedding, or simply a weekend getaway, QCA House puts you just 1 mile from Bryant-Denny Stadium and close to the action while giving your group a comfortable place to call home.

Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST and Check-out time is 10:00am, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication. Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
